Return & Refund Policy

At Custom Drip TT, every order is created with care, and many of our products are made specifically for each customer. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or the incorrect item was received.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect information or artwork provided by the customer
Minor color variations between digital mockups and the finished product
Orders where the customer no longer wants the item after production has begun

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery,
Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or
Different from what you ordered,

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, Custom Drip TT will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for approved claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Design Changes

Customers may request changes to their artwork before production begins.

Once production has started, no design changes, edits, or modifications can be made.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved due to our error or a defective product, Custom Drip TT will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Custom Drip TT is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
