Welcome to Custom Drip TT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Custom Drip TT specializes in custom apparel, graphic design, personalized products, and related services throughout Trinidad & Tobago.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom Drip TT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or any other legitimate business reason.

3. Custom Products

Many of our products are made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted information, including names, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, and artwork before production begins.

Once production has started:

Orders cannot be cancelled.
Artwork cannot be changed.
Sizes and personalization cannot be modified.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

PayPal
Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (where available)

Orders may not enter production until payment requirements have been satisfied.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

In summary:

Custom products are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted unless an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or the incorrect product was supplied.
Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional charge.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Custom Drip TT currently delivers within Trinidad & Tobago.

Estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 5 business days, depending on production schedules, product availability, and delivery location.

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Review artwork carefully before approval.
Ensure submitted images, logos, and designs do not infringe on another person's intellectual property rights.
Respond promptly if additional information is requested regarding their order.

Custom Drip TT is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other materials, is the property of Custom Drip TT unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers retain ownership of artwork they provide, but by submitting artwork to Custom Drip TT, they confirm they have the legal right to use it for production.

11. Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color, print placement, fabric texture, and finished appearance may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, printing methods, and manufacturing processes.

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Drip TT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
